Assist staff and rotate between IT, Instructional Media and Help Desk departments to be given the opportunity to learn different fields. Assist staff in the IT Services with unpacking shipment, inventory and delivery of equipment. Organizing technical/surplus gear and erasing hard drives. Working on IT incident requests and projects. Assist staff in the Instructional Media Area with set-up equipment, running equipment, ITV, video camera, sound equipment, projectors & Computers, Labeling, inventorying, and cleaning equipment district wide Assist staff in Help Desk with answering phone, provide information, take messages and support student at the desk with canvas, student email, application process, and general information. Direct students to various department on campus and practice good customer service by providing information in a timely and courteous manner |
